Rui Zhang

I am a first-year PhD student supervised by Prof. Andrew Luo and co-advised by Prof. Taku Komura at Musketeers Foundation Institute of Data Science, The University of Hong Kong. I received my Master's degree in Computer Science from the School of Computer Science, Fudan University. My research interests include 3D reconstruction, 3D perception, and video generation.

Internship

I was a research intern at OpenDataLab, Shanghai AILab from June 2024 to May 2025, where I worked with Dr. Bin Wang and focused on document understanding and multimodal learning. I was fortunate to contribute to projects such as OmniDocBench, MinerU2.5, and CDM.
